Flange Details

• The flange surface is circular, with 4 internal threaded holes (for connection with wheels or suspension components), and the edges of the holes are chamfered for easy installation.
• A small positioning hole is reserved on the flange surface for precise positioning during assembly.
• For some versions with bright stainless steel flanges, the HJDP brand logo, model code (e.g., HH0002, 1TD501611A) and production batch information (e.g., 25-02) are engraved on the surface for traceability and authentication.

Bearing Assembly Details

• The bearing adopts a double-row angular contact structure, with a black rubber seal ring embedded between the inner and outer rings. The production batch number (e.g., 18.08.12, 2022-824) is printed on the surface of the seal ring.
• The inner hole of the bearing is a smooth cylindrical surface, used for matching with the half shaft or hub shaft.
